Learn how to identify common herbs, as well as cook with them. Discover healthy cooking strategies to reduce sodium by using flavorful herbs, and learn to substitute fresh herbs for dried herbs in recipes. Herb preservation via freezing and/or drying will also be discussed. Participants will practice hands-on knife skills and make an herb vinegar. The cost for the class is $10 per person.
